What currency do you charge in?
I prefer to charge in GBP but will accept Euros and USD at the current exchange rates.
I would like a customer account. How do I go about this?
Firstly you will need a free WordPress account. I will need your full name, email address attached to your WordPress account, billing address, and phone number. When I have this information I will set up a new customer user and you will receive an automated password alert via email. If you forget your password, please let me know and I will send you a new one.
Are you hiring staff?
Currently not. I am a sole-trader running a home-based business, so hiring staff is not something I will be doing any time soon.
What software do you use to edit?
I use MS Word, though I am happy to edit in Google docs too. I don’t edit PDFs as I don’t have the correct software for that.
Do you offer ghostwriting services?
No, this service does not offer ghostwriting services.
Are there any other services you don't offer?
This service does not offer:
- Outline/synopsis writing
- Query writing,
- Blurb writing,
- Cover letter writing,
- Essay writing (attempts to commit academic fraud will be reported),
- CV/Resume writing.
I am, however, happy proofread all of the above.
To what extent do you edit academic work?
Academic work for assessment is edited at the proofreading level only, and only when the student has permission from their tutor to use paid editing services.
