If, for any reason, You are not completely satisfied with a purchase We invite You to review our policy on refunds and returns. This Return and Refund Policy has been created with the help of the

The following terms are applicable for any products that You purchased with Us.
Interpretation and Definitions
Interpretation
The words of which the initial letter is capitalized have meanings defined under the following conditions. The following definitions shall have the same meaning regardless of whether they appear in singular or in plural.
Definitions
For the purposes of this Return and Refund Policy:
- Company (referred to as either “the Company”, “We”, “Us” or “Our” in this Agreement) refers to AnnaProofing Ltd, 47 Dulley Avenue, Wellingborough, Northamptonshire, NN82PR.
- Deposit refers to an agreed amount payable upfront prior to the start date of Service.
- Service refers to the items offered for sale on the Website.
- Order means a request by You to purchase a Service from Us.
- Website refers to AnnaProofing Ltd, accessible from www.annaproofing.co.uk
- You means the individual accessing or using the Service, or the company, or other legal entity on behalf of which such individual is accessing or using the Service, as applicable.
- Completion refers to the Service being completeted with the return of the edited work and any handover notes
- Start Date refers to the scheduled start date of Service
- End Date refers to the agreed end date of Service
Your Order Cancellation Rights
You are entitled to cancel Your Order within 14 days without giving any reason for doing so.
The deadline for cancelling an Order is 14 days from the date on which You Placed the Order. The deposit will be refunded provided that Cancellation occurs no less than 30 days prior to the Start Date of the expected Service.
Cancellations which occur after the start date:
- The 50% Deposit is not refundable.
- If paying by installments, the initial deposit is not refundable and all Work completed up to that point is billable.
In order to exercise Your right of cancellation, You must inform Us of your decision by means of a clear statement. You can inform us of your decision by:

Provided conditions are met, We will reimburse You no later than 14 days from the day on which We receive the returned Goods. We will use the same means of payment as You used for the Order, and You will not incur any fees for such reimbursement.
Conditions for Refunds
In order for the Service to be eligible for a refund, please make sure that:
- The Service was completed in the last 14 days.
Accidental duplicate payments:
- While We acknowledge mistakes happen, and We are happy to rectify the matter, if any fees are inccured for exchange rates or banking fees, You are responsible for this fee.
The following Goods cannot be returned:
- The supply of Service made to Your specifications or clearly personalized.
- The supply of Service which according to their nature are not suitable to be returned, deteriorate rapidly or where the date of expiry is over.
Conditiional Refunds:
- Deposits for Services are payable upfront when the Order is placed and are refunded only if at least 30 days notice of cancellation is given in writing. Failing to send a manuscript on time for work to start will result in the cancellation of the order by the Company unless the changed start date has been rescheduled in advance. The client is responsible for ensuring that manuscripts are sent on time.
We reserve the right to refuse rescheduling of any Service that does not meet the above return conditions in our sole discretion.
Payment of the balance of the invoice is due within 14 days of the completion of the Service. By paying the balance You are confirming that You are happy with the work provided.
Refunds cannot be offered after the balance has been paid. You are responsible for reviewing the work and addressing concerns within this time.
- Concerns rasied on or after the deadline for payment cannot be considered valid. A new Order can be raised at Your discretion and will be charged at the hourly rate of £25 per hour for the time it takes to correct specific problems.
- Please see Terms and Conditions for details regarding late payment.
- Valid concerns raised within 14 days of completion of the Service will be reviewed and corrected at no extra cost, but the payment deadline will still apply.
Returning Goods
This is a service and does not sell physical items which can be returned.
